Rainbow Breakfast Bowl

Serves 1….but fun to share

 

Ingredients:

~1-2 cups coconut yoghurt

~1.5 cups mixed berries

~4 apricots, dried, chopped

~1 apple, chopped small

~1-2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder *

~1/4-1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

 

Directions:

1) Place yoghurt, and turmeric powder into your breakfast bowl – mix very well.

2) Place berries, apple, and apricots on top of yoghurt.

3) Sprinkle matcha green tea powder on top – eat fresh!

 

*Note: There are people who tote matcha’s weight loss properties. And by all means if you are into weight loss and matcha helps you, and thats what you want, great! However I want to go out of my way and say this website is not about weight loss. Not even a little bit. This website is about my life – and keeping it real I wasted years of my life worrying about ‘weight loss.’ So…I am very adamantly stating that this recipe, and its ingredients, I have not chosen because of weight loss. I’ve written about them because they are yummy, tasty, delicious, and nourishing for your body or soul.
